Take your part in PARUS Man's Battle!
The competition consists of 3 stages in 2 locations: gym and functional training zone in the PARUS club on Voskresenskaya embankment/
Initial stage:
1) Bench press 1/2 of its own weight per quantity
After fixing and checking results, participants move to the functional training zone.
Second stage:
2) Strict biceps lift
Participants lift the maximum weight of the barbell to the biceps with a fixed back and buttocks to the wall Three weight-adding approaches. The best result of the weight taken considered.
Third stage:
3) Airbike race
The fastest achievement of burning 50 kcal is fixed on Airbike.
After summing up the results of all 3 exercises - rewarding of participants (valuable prizes and gifts from SPA-salon and fitness clubs PARUS)
