Free weight zone

Exercises with free weights, like no other, give the athlete a sense of freedom. Training is aimed at the comprehensive development of muscles. The maximum amplitude and naturalness of movements allow you to effectively work out the muscles. You yourself determine the trajectory of movement and can use several muscles at once in one exercise.

The free weight zone in our club is equipped with everything necessary to provide you with maximum comfort and training efficiency.
